I love how it smells, and how much energy I have. This is my favourite time of year.

Active Response Therapy

Back in January of 2008 I got active response therapy done on my right shoulder to break up all of the scar tissue that built up as a result of my shoulder injury back in 2001.

I have found that I have to go back every once and a while to get the scar tissue broken up again, but overall the experience has been hugely benficial. I used to think that I would just have to live with pain in my neck and shoulder for the rest of my life and that I would always have this lump of scar tissue in my trapezious. I’m very happy to say that I am for the most part now pain free.

I had the work done at the absolute rehab centre in Waterloo.

How did I come to need this you ask? While mountain biking I broke my collarbone and tore it clean off the shoulder (full separation). The bone that broke and detached from my shoulder spun around and a large lump where the end that used to be attached to my shoulder was visible above my shoulder blade on my back.

Muay Thai in Kitchener Waterloo

Looking for Muay Thai in KW?
It’s been a few months since I’ve been to TKO, but I still definitely recommend them.

Seth Godin: Quieting the lizard brain

Seth Godin: Quieting the lizard brain

Podtrapper

i’ve been trying out the demo of podtrapper for BlackBerry.
